Welcome to Frolic’s Arcade! Chris Frolic had a dream to build an arcade, and over the last several years that dream has come a reality. This arcade though is not open to the public except for occasional charity functions – it is the Frolic’s own private arcade in their basement in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This arcade is complete with a working change machine that dispenses custom Frolic Arcade tokens, lights along the ceiling with 133 different lighting programs, merchandise, and even automatic soap and paper towel dispensers in the bathroom.
